As the storm softened to a gentle drizzle, Ramona and I wandered the grounds of Ragged Point Inn, embracing the adventure rather than waiting foe perfect weather. Sheltered beneath the ancient canopy of coastal cypress trees, surrounded by blooming aloes and vibrant ferns, the rugged beauty of Big Sur slowly revealed itself.
