From the cliff’s edge at Ragged Point Inn, the setting sun slowly disappeared into the horizon as a soft coastal haze settled over the beginning of Big Sur’s rugged coastline. Framed by majestic cypress trees and the lush greens clinging to the cliffs, the endless blue of the Pacific seemed to stretch beyond sight.
Standing there, I felt as though the landscape itself was embracing the moment—holding the ocean, the mountains, the fading light, and me within it.
A reminder that sometimes we don’t need to reach for the moment—we simply need to become still enough to let the moment embrace us.
